 Roast Butternut and Cumin Soup   Served with pecans and sour cream

 Oysters   With a lime and chilli dressing

 Black Mussels   Prepared in a white wine Veloute with a touch of paprika

 Calamari   Succulent baby tubes, grilled in a light garlic and lemon butter

  Beef Carpaccio   Thinly sliced, served with a confit of beetroot, herb roasted baby tomato, wild rocked and pecorino Romano

 Recommended pairing: Rupert and Rothschild Classique

 Caramelized Pear and Almond Salad   Fresh pears and caramelized almonds drizzled with creamy Dijon mustard dressing

 Queen Prawns   Grilled in Lemon Butter and lightly brushed with garlic

  Balsamic Beef Fillet   Mustard mash and wilted spinach with a balsamic beef jus

 Lamb Cutlets   Grilled and served with French fries and mustard mash with a mélange of vegetables

 Salmon Teriyaki   Norwegian Salmon marinated in Teriyaki, pan seared served with mash and drizzled with a sweet Soya and sesame dressing
